I was excited to learn that the ground breaking ceremony has taken place for the new Brigham City temple. It will be located right across from the tabernacle. That should make a very impressive sight. It is the location where the Central School was located, which is the elementary school I attended. The lot has been vacant for quite a few years.Bro. Packer who was born and raised in Brigham City spoke at the ceremony. Sherry mentioned that they will be able to drive by almost daily and watch the progress. It will probably take two years to build. The picture looks beautiful.

That is so exciting! After driving 3.5 hours each way to do baptisms last weekend, I am feeling pretty jealous of all of the UT temples.
