THEN AND NOW
You are probably wondering why the house pictures. Although it is a little late, I took these at Park City. I spent a lot of time walking around the old historic district. These little houses were all built around the early 1900's when Park City was a mining town. Many have been restored and I thought they were very cute.

FUN FOR
This has been a fun week. Brian and I picked up Kennedy last Thursday. That evening Kennedy was my partner at the Tuacahn Theatre production of Cats. It was a lot of fun and we both enjoyed the production.
A couple of cats out on the town!
Saturday morning we headed for the Oceanside 4th of July parade. We all agreed it was a pretty lame parade. It was mostly cars--no floats, only a couple of bands--not too exciting.
At least the girls were ready to celebrate. We went to a two different fireworks shows--one on Saturday night and one on Sunday night.
Saturday afternoon was the only time the sun came out all week. We were lucky to get in a trip to the beach.
A great time was had by all. It was probably good it was overcast. We certainly didn't suffer from the heat. The temperature was in the mid-60's all week. But we came home on Friday to 100 degree weather here in St. George. Tomorrow we will return Kennedy to her home and head up to Park City for a week. I hope all of you are having a good week. We look forward to seeing the Kelley's in a week or so--whenever they get here.
Thanks to the Eberle's for a good time.
